The detection of retrograde flow from the left anterior descending artery into the main pulmonary artery by 4D-flow cardiac magnetic resonance in a patient with Bland-White-Garland syndrome
They focused on the "anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery" (ALCAPA). They revealed blood flow pathways by using our product, iTFlow.ALCAPA is a rare congenital coronary anomaly, also known as Bland-White-Garland (BWG) syndrome. In BWG syndrome, patient survival is dependent on the development of adequate collateral circulation. Therefore, such visualization seems to have significant meanings for the disease.
